-Configuration of both front end and back end functionalities for Ambulatory & other applications. Build, Integration, testing and Optimization of EPIC EMR for various Outpatient Specialties & Inpatient Units, Epic Upgrade build, review and analysis. Ticket resolution, Troubleshoot software application issues and provide technical production support for EHR. Work with facility & training team to develop training materials. Quality Measure and Meaningful use integrations, build and maintenance.
- Order Transmittal. We have experienced and certified consultants that will be involved in the site walk through, configuration updating, and mapping of all devices as well as routing all orders appropriately. - Build and test OTX rules, Maps, Workstations and Printer.
- Troubleshoot Order Transmittal printing issues.
- Resolve OTX errors sent to the OTX error queue.
- Update and maintain OTX rules.- We provide Epic Security configuration, which includes but not limited to, SER, EMP and application specific Security configurations. We provide content management, moving records and comparing records from source environments to destination environments.
- Provider support We provide excellent provider support. Customization, personalization: preference list, smart phrases, speed buttons, macro configuration, provider workflow with the integration of meaningful use are our area of focus for them to be more productive and sufficient. We provide training as well as one-on-one personalization or customization for providers and staff. EMRbots are dispatched and moved around to areas where support is needed.

Our consultants can help provide customized SmartTools for faster documentation in practices and units. our consultants can also train the stakeholders or SMEs on how to use these SmartTools.
